Javany and Trippi started playing together in October of 1985 to promote Javany's new album entitled Javany. The band changed personnel and it's name in 1989 to Javany and The Rescue. In 1992 Javany and Trippi became a two piece act called "Two the Rescue". They changed their name to "The Rescue Principal" with the launching of this web site.
